Scope

This policy explains how personal information is handled when visitors use the MGQI website, contact MGQI or request research updates.

Information provided by visitors

The Contact form may collect a name, email address, subject and message. The research-newsletter form collects an email address and any subscription information required by the signup service. Information may also be provided directly by email.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, administer requested research updates, manage consent or unsubscribe requests, maintain website security and meet applicable legal obligations. MGQI does not use these forms to obtain brokerage credentials, payment-card details, government identifiers or client portfolio access.

Service providers

Formspark processes Contact-form submissions; Kit processes research-newsletter subscriptions; Google Workspace supports email; Google Drive hosts public downloadable resources; and Framer hosts the website. These providers may process technical, account or communication data under their own terms and privacy policies. Public downloads may take visitors to Google-hosted pages.

Sharing and sale

MGQI does not sell personal information. Information may be handled by the service providers above for the stated purposes, or disclosed where required by applicable law or necessary to protect legal rights and website security.

Choice and requests

Newsletter recipients may use the unsubscribe mechanism included in newsletter communications. Requests concerning access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion may be sent to research@mgqiframework.com. A request may be subject to identity verification and any lawful retention requirement.

Security and retention

Reasonable care is taken when handling information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, service administration, dispute handling or applicable legal requirements.

Children

The website is intended for a general audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian should contact MGQI if they believe a child has submitted personal information.

Updates

This policy may be updated as services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
